Chawna Esquijarosa
Owner, Creator & Director of Program
With over 2 decades of Teaching experience, including working in Reggio and Montessori Schools, Homeschool Co-ops and more. Chawna is certified in mindful parenting, holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology, is a certified child's Yoga instructor and a forever student when it comes to learning all she can to benefit children.
Maia Vale
Lead Teacher, Musical Enrichment
Maia is a certified Forest School Teacher, with practices rooted in philosophies of Rudolf Steiner and Maria Montessori, which have shaped her own homeschooling journey and with founding multiple co-ops like 'Pine, Woods & Crystals', 'Nature School with Maia' and teaching at a Waldorf inspired nature co-op Sacred Soul Farm. Maia is dedicated to fostering child-led, emergent learning that honors the rhythms of the seasons. Maia is the lead teacher of SACRAL ages 7-8 years old.
Amber Elam
Lead Teacher
Amber has close to several decades of experience teaching and working with children. She holds a college degree in Teaching, has led Tinkergarten, has taught in numerous homeschool co-ops and has been homeschooling her own children for their entire educational career. Amber will be leading the ROOT group ages 4-6 years old.
Nadia Esquijarosa
Lead Teacher
Nadia has several years of experience working with and teaching children of all ages. Studying to be a Doula, Nadia has a natural talent with teaching children and children are naturally drawn to Nadia. She is the Lead Teacher for the SOLAR group ages 9-10

Rockele (RJ) Fabrizio-Sanchez
Co-Director, Administrator & Registrar
RJ has over 20 years of managerial experience. From managing a team at a law office, to running several kitchens in various states & working as a Personal Chef on the side. She holds a degree in Criminal Law along with Business Law & Culinary Arts. She has a minor degree in Psychology as well. She thrives on organization and structure.
Megan McCloskey
Lead Teacher
Megan has worked for over 16 years closely with children of all ages in various settings including, youth groups, summer camps, day cares and homeschool co-ops. Megan has grace, patience and love for all children she is around. Megan is the lead teacher for HEART group, ages 11-12 Years.
Heather Simon
Lead Teacher
Heather has over 25 years of experience teaching, coaching and training adults and children in schools, universities, health and wellness organizations, and corporations. Heather has 10 years of classroom experience with middle school students specifically, where she radically transformed curriculum and student experiences that became featured in various publications, talk radio and education-based events. Heather holds a master's degree in teaching and curriculum design. She is also a certified life coach in transformation and mindset, with additional experiences and accreditations relevant to diversity, building systems and community, sports coaching, individual and family healing, behavioral and neuro sciences, nervous system regulation and emotional intelligent. Heather is the lead teacher of CROWN ages 13+
